Terms and conditions to provide and use the contents, products and services

Online payment conditions (credit/debit card).

  1. Steps to pay online (credit/debit card)

    Important note: You may pay on the internet (online) only after written confirmation of your booking/order, sent in electronic form to your e-mail address, with which we will send you a special URL address in our catalogue, which will be accessible only to you. At this address you will be able to review all details of your booking/order before proceeding to confirmation of your payment.

    • Confirm that you want to make the internet (online) payment by clicking on "I choose to pay Online"
    • The payment page of our bank (UBB) opens, where you have to insert your card details and click on "Submit"
    • The authentication page of your bank, which issued the card, will open if you are registered with the authentication systems Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode and you have to enter your authentication password
    • If the transaction is successful your browser must send you back to the catalogue, where the transaction receipt will be visualized into the screen, so you may opt to print or save it
  2. Data you have to fill in when paying Online
    • Card details
      Number, expiry date, 3-digit safety code and name of the card holder
    • Authentication data
      To identify you as a card holder, the payment server for electronic trade of our bank maintains the authentication schemes of the international card organizations Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. If, you are registered in these safety schemes by your bank, which issued the card, then you will see on your screen a page asking you to enter your authentication password.
  3. Policy for rejection (cancellation) of already made booking/order
    • Every tourist may cancel his booking/order that has already been made in accordance with the individual policy of every tourist unit (hotel, villa, lodge, apartment, private room or other tourist unit), for which he books accommodation. Copies of the cancellation policies of the tourist units may be obtained by phone, e-mail, fax or locally.
    • We always recommend you to require and read carefully such cancellation policy of the respective tourist unit for which you book accommodation.
    • Booking/order cancellation is accepted only in writing by sending e-mail, fax or directly in the offices of Bedtime.bg.
    • In case of cancellation of reservation within the agreed term the hotel management shall refund the amounts that have been paid in accordance with the cancellation policy of this tourist unit.
    • In case of cancellation of reservation after the expiry of the specified term, or if you do not use your reservation at all, the hotel management may decide not to refund the paid reservation in full.
    • In case of cancellation of reservation, every tourist shall owe a default penalty to Bedtime.bg to the amount of 5% of the made payment, notwithstanding the period that has left till the accommodation date.
    • If, amounts paid with bank card are to be refunded, this will be done by Bedtime.bg within 14 days from the cancellation date, via credit transaction into the bank card, used to make the original payment.
  4. Transaction data protection policy
    In order to protect you against misuse when you pay with your Visa or MasterCard we offer you the best practices recommended by the international card organizations:
    • The safety of the entry and transfer of card data is secured with the application of SSL protocol for encrypting the link between our server and the payment page of our bank
    • The authenticity of your card is checked with the entry of your safety code (CVV2)
    • In addition, to identify you as the card holder, the payment server for electronic trade of our bank maintains the authentication schemes of the international card organizations Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, if, you are registered to use them
    • Bedtime.bg does not hold and does not have access to the details of your credit/debit card, which you fill in on the payment page of our bank.
  5. Important notes:
    • Please, pay attention that your V Pay or MasterCard Electronic cards will be accepted only if they are registered in the online authentication schemes Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode
    • Please, make sure whether the issuer of your card has made it active for Internet transactions
    • The maximum amount of the transaction is 10 000 BGN
    • The transaction currency is the local Bulgarian lev (BGN). If, the currency of the card holder is different from the transaction currency, the amount will be denominated upon the currency exchange rate of the bank that has issued the card at the date of the transaction.
    • All cards holding the logo of MasterCard/MasterCard Electronic/Maestro and Visa/Visa Electron/V Pay can be used.

Amendment and supplements to the General Terms and Conditions.

Bedtime.bg may at any time modify the General Terms and Conditions and make amendments and supplements aiming to provide its customers with the best possible service. You acknowledge and agree hereby that you will follow the provisions of such amendments and supplements, regardless whether you have read them or not. We recommend you to visit this page in regular intervals and read and become familiar with the latest version of the General Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that as a part of such upgrade Bedtime.bg may terminate (either temporarily or in full) the delivery of the services (or any part thereof) to you or to other users absolutely at its sole discretion and without sending prior notice about that.
